Honestly, I had to apply headcanon discontinuity to the ending of this episode, because it was so OOC and idiotic for Twi and the others to take such a cavalier approach to getting rid of the clones. One mistake, and Pinkie Pie would have been, for all intents and purposes, dead.
 
Since the clones don’t have all the real Pinkie’s event memories, asking a whole bunch of questions like this would easily allow the Mane… five… to find the real Pinkie. “How did you get your Cutie Mark?” “Who was responsible for the ‘Baked Bads’?” “Why did Twilight Sparkle go full Rapidash?”.
 
For that matter, the spell Twi used to “un-discord” her friends could have easily been modified to report how many memories each Pinkie Pie shared with Twilight.
