Yeah, I saw that ending. I choose to accept that as a mere facsimile of the ending replicated in SRW’s constrained engine. As in, no, I don’t think it was Ideon Sword destroying the universe.
 
If the universe reset itself, I guess our roleplays cut short and the universe is saved, effectively.

uh…? have you see the vid i linked? after using the sword Ideon goes kaput and destroys the SRW alpha universe (is a bad ending), i wasn’t talking of his normal canon.

First off, it’s really a misconception that Ideon destroys the universe. The Ide destroyed both Earth and Buff Clan Homeworld via meteors and at the climax of Be Invoked, even with the combined all-consuming explosion from the Ideon and the superweapon Gando Rowa that took out everyone, a planet that had those worm creatures from a previous episode in the TV series was still shown to be okay. The universe didn’t completely die, in any case.
 
Second, Ideon Sword? IDEON SWORD? It’s impressive how it extends to infinity, but it took the Ideon some effort to even destroy a planet with that weapon. Compare the combined Shin Getter Robo and Shin Getter Dragon using the Final Getter Tomahawk on the Invaders at the end of Getter Robo Armageddon, which took out SEVERAL planets (or were they moons? Can’t recall). The Ideon Gun, or maybe just Ideon going berserk would be better.
 
Third, why would Fluttershy fly into a Flutterrage unprovoked? Are you just tired of roleplaying? :I
