I do, but it’s a matter of my opinion and perception that they are too emotionally invested in it to see anything positive about it the way I do…
 
That they’ve made assumptions and have not considered the abilities of the writers to make any of this work out in a positive manner that allows for additional work to continue through additional seasons…
 
That they have no hopes about these things for the very reason many of them came to the fandom in the first place; the bleak world we live in has made them cynical and never unable to look on the bright side of anything…
 
That they truly believe that this marks a coming end to the series…
 
That they believe you can’t develop a story or continue slice-of-life episodes further when one of the mane 6 becomes an alicorn princess.
