i know where that photo was taken…or i have and idea…its on the side of the torre latino (latin tower) in the center, i know because just a few steps from there its the “friki plaza” as its called by most people, a nice place to buy anime, videogames and stuff like that.
 
Now about the anonymous doing a splendid job of why whe mexicans call almost any american “gringo”…have you ever been on Mexico? no? then really dude be so gentle as to keep quiet…mexicans are VERY friendly people, whe may do a lot of jokes and stuff but at least unlike many americans whe stop to help anyone who needs directions or just has a question, whe dont just pass by and pretend they dont exist.
