Adoption would not work. Dash is more like big sister, not mother. I’m sure neither of them really wants a parent/child relationship.

Hrmmm, the artists deviant art page doesn’t state that this is a adoption.  
Just simply that Rainbow Dash invited her over to her cloud house.  
Its just a ‘what if’ pic.  
I guess its intended that the viewer decides for them selves what happens…  
I vote adoption! But I guess every one will decide for them selves.
