Well, yeah, I get that, pirating is bad, but I don’t think calling him an a**hole was entirely necessary.
What got me was it seemed he was basically asking why people didn’t just pirate the episode instead of going just a little further to actually pay for what they’re watching.
Hey, man, I get what you’re saying, but there’s no need to insult people.
It’s not like he was being rude, either.
It’s called “Germany”, and honestly most of Europe is off worse. Netflix is severely crippled here and that’s pretty much it as far as legal online / streaming goes. DVDs are on their own late in the US, but subject here to region locking, and “legal” DVDs of the show are hilariously late and chopped into itty-bitty expensive blocks.
So yeah.
Damn man, where do you live? Is there no Youtube or Digital purchase service where you’re at? Also, I’m not trying to say the U.S. is holy because we get the ability to watch the episodes here.
Here’s a funny fact. I have no legal way to watch episodes until ~2 years after they air, and in shitty quality if at all. So if I took your “advice”, there’d be no site here for you to insult people about the various impediments to watching the show, particularly for people outside the HOLLY BLESSED LAND that is the US.
Oh, I’ll use Dailymotion or Youtube when there’s no other way for me, but I meant more being able to sit down with my brother and watch episodes together, like what we used to do during season 2 when I first got into it (he’s actually the one that got me interested).
No need to be rude
Hey asshole. How about you PAY for the episodes you watch?
I guess some people like to watch the show legally.
…Do they carry Super Mario Bros. Super Show and Captain N?
Why not
-YouTube
-Dailymotion
-Just download the episode somewhere and watch it?
I never really understood why people use Netflix for FIM when the episodes are much more readily available elsewhere.
Yeah, Friendship Games is already on Netflix Instant.
I’m actually watching it right now.
Also, for some bizarre reason the season 5 finale is already on Netflix, but it has the same summary as the premiere and the season 5 listing still says it only has 13 episodes.
