I know the Blues Brothers, I love the Blues Brothers, and yet the “Somepony to Love” banner reminds me of Queen rather than the Blues Brothers.

Never mind. I got the comic, and saw that only Celestia and Luna were affected alongside Shining Armor. Cadence was amazingly spared falling victim to the Drearies as well, unless I overlooked seeing her in the background at some point under their influence before seeing her in this image.
 
However, I do wish we saw how Celestia and Luna made up once the Mane Six overcame the influence of the Drearies and set about fixing the damage in Ponyville, as we did see Shining Armor make up with his old high school buddies he had wronged under their influence.
