Well they kinda dissapointed me. There are already 20 adaptations of Christmas Carol and i already saw six. Still i think Whom the Sweetie belle toils did it better.
Ha! told ya so.
Edited
buh humbug to you too.
it almost reminds me of the “Hell To Your Doorstep” song.
I’d hate for you to be angry, but this is only a part of a play. Why else would the ponies dress up in costumes like this?
NO. Please let Starlight not celebrate. I don’t celebrate the real world equivalent of Hearth’s Warming Eve either so it’d be nice to have a prominent character not celebrate HWE so I could have a character I can relate to.
Oh well, I still have Zecora.
I think there is no need to repeat the same story. Maybe it’s gonna be Grinch like someone mentioned or maybe something i haven’t heard about.
Don’t ask me, I don’t write the thing. Maybe its gonna be a hodgepodge of a bunch of differant christmas stories. The open grave and the torment is just wishful thinking on my part.
Why would they go Christmas Carol route? Wasn’t Whom the sweetie bell toils also Christmas carol episode?
I’m not so sure, based on the synopsis this is a story Twilight is telling Starlight.
Like Rainbow Dash and her first Daring Do book, Starlight is mentally inserting herself into the role of the holiday destroying villain, probably because she also doesn’t like Hearth’s Warming Eve.
This seems like it will be closer to the Grinch than A Christmas Carol.
I can’t wait to see glimmer be tormented by ghosts and get tossed into an open grave just like scrooge did in the novel.
Or was it the movie? Ah, either way, glimmer’s gonna get some comeuppance even if its only In a story.
That automatically makes this feel more exciting. :D
Mmmmm….satisfying.
