As I recall, this was the scene where she found Spike pulling his “princess” rank on the other ponies.

I always thought her reaction here was a little odd. Near as I can figure, there’s a sort of protocol among Alicorn princesses that they don’t meddle in each other’s affairs. Cadance didn’t call out Spike on his abuse of Twilight’s authority because she figured it was Twilight’s job to do so, not hers.
