As you said, Zenyatta isn’t afraid to kick someone’s rear in the name of harmony, which is the difference between him and Mondatta. Enter Zecora, who managed to organize hard-boiled Resistance to the changeling invasion in an alternative timeline, and didn’t hesitate to buck some changeling flank.
With that in mind, Treehugger seems to me as a more of spiritual leader, guru-like type of character, who tries to solve problems without physical damage to anyone.
I know you intended no offense, but if I may ask, when is it implied that Tree Hugger is a… What was the term? “Hippo passy fist?” Well, anyway, I certainly know both her and Zenyatta would much rather prefer peace first, but if situations prove favorable, they WILL prove that they are more than just people who say weird things. Although I will admit I understand the Zecora comparisons. They’re much better than when people try comparing Tracer to Rainbow Dash.

Nah, Zenyatta is a “battle monk” (which kinda resonates with Zecora), while Treehugger is a “hippy pacifist”.
No hate intended on Treehugger’s part, but lore-wise Mondatta would be the perfect fit for her
