I would personally suggest doing exactly that, and maybe sending it to one or two people and have them compare the two versions. Then, if needed, have this one replaced.

Well, there’s a heck of a lot of detail, but having an image at basically 8k definitely helps. There’s usually a saturation point where raster images just can’t take more detail, so you either have to scale up or use an infinite canvas program.  
I for one welcome our ornately armored sun butt overlord.

Yeah I upscale do right before saving, I feel like since this size is causing issues maybe I should upload a version at 3/4 this size or so so it at least doesn’t crash the tab when you open it)

Oh jeez that resolution.  
edit: was the output when you saved larger than the actual image? Full res seems to be a bit pixelly(and excessive)(and people have made this mistake with clip studio in the past where they accidentally upscaled before exporting, nips).
