Fair point. It’s more of a high step than a goose step, but it wouldn’t have been as funny if Starlight said “Dub step is for punks: high step is where it’s at!”
It’s called “high stepping”, and apparently there’s some controversy about how RL horses are trained to do it. It’s not a natural gait, so it can be painful or cause injury over time.
So yeah, the Equestrian version of goose-stepping.
Because goose sounds funnier than high. Simple as that.
