Selecting a colour palette for GIFs can be a bit of a chore… and now I see that I missed some spots, creating bits of avoidable “chatter” in the wood boards right of Glimmie and the dark picture frame above her.
 
Oh well.

I used an online program to convert the .mov to a gif. Unfortunately the only video editor I have that can output in gif format is Video Pad, and it’s rather counterintuitive to use. If you can make a higher quality version to upload, please do. I hate how the thumbnails for these two look.

That’s pretty heavy dithering, considering the fact that the image doesn’t have all that many colours to begin with.  You should have been able to select a colour palette that restricted the dithering to a few, non-conspicuous areas.
