considering that G1 Ponies according to the Comics are a species of semi-exact Clones (that emerge from a Magic Mirror whenever somepony walks in front of it), its more of a semi-darker implication than you think: what caused the Ponies to exist in the first place if they have no means of natural reproduction? Why is Majesty in-charge? Is she the only natural-born Pony in the world, and if-so why is she the only one that is like this? Was there a cataclysm that drove the Ponies to near-extinction with her being the sole survivor of their species just like Salem? How did the Magic Mirror come to be, is it a dimensional gateway, a Gallifreyan Loom, this worlds version of SCP-2000, what even is it!?
So had Bubbles or Sprinkles been the faced the Jewel Wizard, they’d have stood him up against the wall and POP! goes the weasel?
Hopefully, Megan just introduced them to the Marx Brothers. Hopefully.
Nearly as terrifying is the ponies having a pet duck named…Duck Soup.
