Anybody who attended the voice actor panel at the recent BABSCon in San Francisco will probably get the joke. However, for those who don’t know, when Tabitha was asked how she came up with the voice for Rarity, she responded with a wild tangent that ended with her explaining that she had to eat a lot of turnips to give herself gas to create the voice. I have no idea if this is true or not, but the image of Rarity having to eat a bucket of turnips to speak in her normal voice was too funny to not draw.
