Seems like almost no one gets that this is a reference to the motto of the republicans during the battle of Madrid in the Spanish Civil War.  
The motto means “They won’t cross” and it’s about how Madrid had to not be occupied by the franquists.

You know what I fucking HATE about people talking about communism compared to nazism? When they say that communism’s 100+ million deaths was just an honest mistake and that the famine wasn’t a fault of communism itself.  
  1. If more than 10 million people die of ANYTHING it’s not just a little accident.  
  2. The farming changes of Mao Zedong’s Great Leap Forward were DELIBERATE.
     
    The communist farming method of putting crops right next to each other to share water and nitrogen is fucking retarded, and flies in the face of all botany, but they went forward with it because they wanted to prove a point about soviet ideals.
     
    It’s literally the exact same as John Money, proving the existence of gender by transitioning and medicating a botched-circumcision victim and torturing him into pretending to be a girl. He led that boy to suicide, and his twin brother too; it was a disgusting breach of scientific ethics, and it was done entirely for political gain. And when the boy’s transitioning was proven to be a complete and utter failure, he lied about it to others, fabricating results and calling it all a success  
    This is a recurring theme with communists and other ideological authoritarians: botching science to prove a political point, and then lying about its success to the populace at large to maintain authority. It should not be forgotten or glossed over, it should be pointed out. To say that the mass starvation of communist utopias is some kind of freak accident, out of their control and only fixable with hindsight, is to assume that the countries on which the ideology is imposed are just backwards, spear-chucking feudalist places with no understanding of science.
     
    We’ve known since the beginning of mankind that crops work best among their own, spread out evenly, and with meticulous care of the soil and water. And yet, communist scientists went along with these things, killing tens of millions in the process.
     
    Dunno why I even gave the time of day but seriously, communist death tolls are of the same quality, if not worse than the deaths of Jewish people in Germany. And don’t even get me started on the genocide and eugenics programs of communist countries themselves.

That’s surreal shitposting if I ever saw one. Fighting gommunism with random percentages and poor grammar.
 
Anyway I personally think that this picture is not only about politics but it’s more a statement by the artist, regarding the fact that a nazi my little pony character is a rather cheap joke, good for edgy kids or fetishists.
 
Notice also that the OC kicking Aryanne doesn’t have any explicitly Communist symbols. The sentence “No Pasaran” (“They shall not pass”) was used in the late 1930s by the Spanish Republic, which was the legitimate govern before Franco’s military coup of 1936. It was also used in the same year by British anti-fascists during the riots against Oswald Mosley’s British Union of Fascists.  
So it’s just a generically leftist statement.

I wonder what people would say about bucking commies. People whose ideology not only comes with the big asterisk “your mileage may vary, despotism is likely,” but also advocates legalization and acceptance of pedophilia (not hebephilia, but actual pedophilia), rationing resources so that only the government workers can eat, discarding of agricultural sciences for the sake of disavowing muh colonialist science, and murder of any and all dissidents. There’s even social darwinism within the history of the communist parties! Isn’t that nice?
