Stotter

Basically a spell that superheats the air and/or object (in this case hair) enveloped in magic.
The potential uses for that spell go beyond simple household appliance mimicry.

I do love that they included a hair dryer sound effect. It would have been so easy to just make it look like her magic just teleported the water away, instead they made her hair briefly blow like a wind effect and added the sound effect.
