Given the spirit of the series and its history I’m pretty confident that’s exactly what was intended.
That’s not her look at all. She’s clearly frustrated with Discord’s not taking Big Mac’s issues seriously.

I think that look says “Why did you put this guy with me? Look what he’s doing!” not “I’m consoling him, why are you interrupting?”
Yeah, I noticed that too. Least she did showed a bit of concern before wanting Discord to get Spike and Big Mac teleported back.
