No, it’s not. Look at the Deviantart source as well; FRIENDSHIP Baking. It says nothing about shipping. Tags are to describe pictures for what they are, not personal interpretations. Two characters standing next to each other and having fun or hugging is not automatically shipping.

No, you both don’t see the obvious. The ship is clearly Chocostar. Just look at the fact that the chocolate frosting is kissing Starlight on the cheek. The shipping is so on the money.
