Several people have somehow come to the conclusion that since she stopped Rainbow Dash’s race that means she’s the one who destroyed Equestria but that isn’t true. Stopping the race may have led to those alternate timelines but in the end it was the other villains who were responsible for Equestria’s destruction, not Starlight.

In other words: Starlight did not destroy Equestria in those timelines like people claim.

Needs only a minor correction:  
Flim-Flam’s debut happened in S2E15, The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000, BEFORE Canterlot wedding

Probably too redundant and obvious to add but on any of these Timelines (Except of the Mane 6 one) any of the Equestria Girls events never happened since Sunset came to steal Twilight’s crown, maybe she heard about the elements of harmony and the power that they hold, the crowns of the other princesses are simple regalia (From what we still know) so there isn’t a logic reason for her to came to steal any other crown, also, Luna was still banished and The Crystal empire still hidden  
Or if we go on a further theory, there can be a posibility that Sunset’s actions affected in Sonic Rainboom so she would have been stayed in Equestria, but none of the alternate timelines involve her, so in all of them she leave
