Two greatly different mindsets (Chrysalis is orderly while Discord is chaotic), with an extremely similar flaw (pride). Only difference in said flaw is, Discord’s ego is more justifiable considering just how powerful he is by default.

Discord could probably make illusions that make a changeling think they’re eating love, and I think it isn’t an unreasonable headcanon to say that love isn’t the only emotion changelings can eat, just the best tasting and most nutritious.

I dont see why not. As long as he can feel love like a pony can, I would assume it would be similar. Since he’s only recently started making friends, he’s probably never had to fight off a changling trying to eat his love, so he could be inexperienced enough to make the task easy. However, given his power, he could probably stop the Queen from eating his emotions even without prior knowledge.

I’m open to any Discord ship, but I can’t see them getting along; Crissy would have no patience for Discord’s personally. I could see this working if Crissy was trying manipulate Discord for his power or something.
