Oh, that was hilarious. I think it was originally from the webcomic “Jack,” a space filler about the author’s ferret. Great strip though often very dark and not for everyone.

Yeah, part of litter-training a ferret is to watch which corner they want to use (ferrets also always go in a corner, that however is not true of otters), then put their litterbox in the corner they have chosen. Then just guide them back to that corner a few times and voila, litter-trained ferret. Also remember they have short legs and may need other boxes in more distant corners if they have a large play space.
When you consider that otters and ferrets naturally want to always go in the same place, her average for other animals has to be even longer than 14 days.
