Just did this little piece of everyone’s favorite fiddling donkey to practice lineless painting (didn’t sketch or outline a single part)–looks like it took about 6 hours. Scaling down introduced some annoying colorband artifacting, but I think it actually looks kind of neat in the hair. Bow looks more like a piece of candy, but I think it’s quaint and works well enough.
Edit: Might overhaul the eyes later…
Done in Krita since I’m stuck on Windows at the moment, and the latest GIMP binary I attempted to use was unstable and had annoying changes.
