There is a verse about restitution for stolen livestock that are slaughtered before being recovered and another about using lethal force against a home intruder. Some translations make the livestock one the first verse of chapter 22, while others put it as the last verse in chapter 21. Which mostly means that Protestants and Catholics will disagree by one on the verse numbers.
Umm wrong bible qouit Exodus 22:19 states “one who brings offerings to Gods shall be destroy - only to the Lord alone!” this is directly out of the old Testament
@Micro-Cyberbrony
Ironically, in the world where Equestria is a country, goats are sapient, they just speak a different language. (Iron Will episode.) So Fluttershy and a goat wouldn’t be bestiality, just xenophilia/heterospecial. And since mules are shown to exist…
@SamWamm
I think it’s because ponies (and other creatures in the show with cognitive abilities and the ability to speak) are considered as human beings.
That’s why it’d be considered wrong. Same as a human having sex with any animal, i.e. bestiality, which is messed up on so many levels.
“But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;”
-2 Peter 2:12
@AH96
That is the most single darkest thing i’ve ever seen. How have I missed this, and if so, in which episode was this in? I’m surprised I didn’t notice that before.
@Cipher_Soul
Monkeys and apes are on the menu in lots of places.
And it isn’t necessarily uncooked or undercooked meat that poses the risk. It’s usually fresh kills that cause exposure, with the transfer occurring during hunting or processing.
I feel that bible verse, no matter what y’all believe, had some truth to it. Look what happened when some guy f*cked a monkey. AIDS. Yikes.
…so what would happen if someone f*cked an actual horse?! D:
I think the case was more they ate an infected monkey, either raw or undercooked. And once it found a home in the human environment it could spread sexually as it did in monkeys anyways.
So let’s do it like they do on the discovery Channel
Alright also as much as we can argue it (plus who’s came first) the pic is funny
As a Jew I will as say we’ll disagree with that on the old Testament (givin it’s the 5 books of the torah)
Differences between translations.
Not according to my bible
That’s exodus 22:20
That’s an amusing headcanon. :3
EDIT: Puts a whole new meaning to her song “So Many Wonders.”

They’re both animals.
Do they both die?
No, that makes no sense.
Animals lay with animals all the time.
Instructions are not clear enough.

Woe unto ye.

i could be mistaken, but i believe that was during the hearts and hooves day song, “this one’s too old”

Have sex with them instead.

That’s even more frightening; EATING monkeys, THEN boning, thus spreading the disease. It’s almost like…it was planned.
FBI: stay right where you are.

Bible verse strikes again!
