Well the Modecans choose the STG-44 Because they Obtained the Weapon schematics during WW2 Modeca was a Independent Country back then.

I like the MG-42 too but I prefer the MG-34 over it. Like how I prefer the M60E6 over the M230 Saw they are both really good firearms I just prefer one over the other.

My favorite German firearm is mp5 but if we are doing favorite ww2 firearms then it’s FG-42. But the stg-44 is a close second favorite.

I have to agree with you the c96 and the gewehr 98 are great weapons but I think we are forgetting about the arisaka type 38 and 99 rifle. And what type of c96 are you talking about are you talking about the pistol or the carbine?

Bruh, there are dozens. The AR family is the most common intermediate caliber rifle in the US. As for M16s the A4 is the most current iteration but isn’t used frequently due to the military largely switching to carbine variants such as the M4 series.
The M16A2 hasn’t been issued since the mid 90’s and there are literally metric tons of them floating around internationally.
