No. Discord is way too older than Fluttershy. Besides, I rather see them as best friends instead. Because Discord considered him and Fluttershy as besties. And also, Discord never even bothered to reply about Spike’s stupid comment from what he said to him at the beginning of the 2nd Hearts and Hooves Day, because he got distracted from what Spike said about tea. And Discord even said to Spike that he likes tea and tells him about every kind of teas he likes.
