I made some bookmarks with young six for KPM 18.2 and this is the last design and one of my fav: Silverstream!
Birb in the pool and a seapony faling from the sky! Because why not! Yay!

I think the hippogriffs came first - they became sea ponies to escape the Storm King. I understand some mention was made of being pony/eagle hybrids - no griffons in the woodpile, despite the name.

Can seaponies breath on land?
I see. So hippogryphs are the land forms of seaponies rather than pony-griffin hybrids?
They were introduced in the movie, which I haven’t seen, so I’m a little cloudy on the details, but they are hippogriffs who can turn into sea ponies.
your current filter.If you’ve seen the movie, they have this pearl that allows them to go back and forth between the forms.
In season 8 they explain that they found a way to split it up, and now the hippogriff’s have necklaces that allows the holder to switch between hippogriff and seapony at will.
