Is there a difference in shape?
I might have misunderstood it, but isn’t the difference for what the intended use is? Training bra for underwear and sports bra for workout.
This isn’t uncommon for clothes; underwear and swimsuit can look exactly the same. But it’s the intended use that differentiates the names.
Looks more like a sports bra strap.
