allot of people say she’s not losing weight because she’s building muscle but i think it also has something to do with here being a Yak? naturally Yaks are bigger and heavier then Ponies and at the time this was made Ponies hadn’t exactly been coexisting with other species for that long so more then likely that scale wasn’t built to withstand the weight of a Yak.

Thing is, working out builds muscle in addition to burning fat. And muscle has weight to it too. The number on the scale may not be going down, but you are getting healthier at least.
