but for real though, the site may not have the best staff but the actual site itself is really well put together, tagging and searching especially. I’m also pretty close friends with a couple of mods lol

Just in terms of usability, I’d have to agree 80-90%. Sometimes the tagging here gets a little too aggressively inclusive (say tagging Rainbow Dash because you can see her tail in the corner of an image), but the software and presentation here is miles beyond what other sites use.
