I don’t think you know what “in heat” means… It’s hormonal changes in the body, not “biological rape”.
How can you be so sure?
Why do humans still kill each other even though they are sapient?
I…doubt it. Considering how they can eat chocolate, sleep on their backs, vomit and so on (not to mention magic and potions and the fact they’re the people of their world), something tells me this is just wishful thinking from people who like the idea of biological rape.
To be in heat is like to be possessed. Have fun with that.

I’d actually really like to know what it’s like to be in heat. Like I wonder if it would be like regular arousal but like just in February, or if it would compound so that around Valentines Day the hormones would make being a baby factory the only thing I’d want to do
