Description

In a small village, in old equestria just after Luna’s banishment to the moon, lived a young and charming little mare. She run the village’s local flower shop and was known for her kind nature and her fascination with fantasy and adventure books among her fellow ponies. Some say that she spent countless hours with her face buried inside those books and stories and was always so optimistic and joyful when she talked about how she would one go on the same crazy and life-changing adventures, and if she was lucky enough, with a handsome suave thief by her side as her partner in crime. Ok maybe she was kind of naive and believed a little to much in fairytales.

All ponies that were acquainted with her would probably tell you that even if she often had her head in the clouds, she was down to earth just the right amount to be considered sane. Thankfully no signs of madness or any kind of mental instability. That was until much later……

One day, when of her close friends visited her, she found her back in the garden….. talking to herself… or rather to someone who wasn’t even there. Upon noticing her, the sweet little mare greeted her dear friend cheerfully and asked if she wanted to sit with.. them? Ok, sure why not…

But it didn’t stop there(duh). She started becoming delusional (or that’s what the townsfolk claimed) by constantly saying that her new friend was going to take her to a grand adventure, in places inconceivable to the mind, to infinity and beyond. She became more absent minded and it even looked like she started to lose sleep too, judging by the awful bags under her eyes. But the only answer others got considering her well-being was always the same “Don’t worry I am fine… he is taking care of me”.

It was too much. The villagers worried for both her and their safety ( she might possessed bruh) contacted, first doctors, who absolutely could not tell what the fuck is going on, and then multiple experienced wizards and even exorcists. The mare was being passed around from wizard to wizard, having to stay with them days at a time, to find out what was tampering with the poor girls phyche. She never once stop talking to him… to her friend…. she claimed he existed, she could she him clear as day… why did they think that she was insane?

Finally, one famous (at the time) wizard, offered the villagers to help the unfortunate soul. The folk agreed with no hesitation and the little mare was taken by the wizard. However, in two days time the wizard came back. The townsfolk overjoyed to find their dear little girl well, were met by the wizards sorrowful expression. Frantically asking them what happened of the girl, the wizard gave them one short little answer that was enough to silence every last mouth in the crowd….

“She was claimed by death”

Yay for part two that I technically promised that I would upload yesterday but my procrastination is too damm high.

Also to answer any questions: her name is honey bee but I don’t mention it because 1) I was halfway through the text when I realized that I didn’t mention and saying it out of the blue at that time felt a little dumb and 2) coz dramatic flare

And last but not least, yes, she technically became insane and delusional towards the end but eh. She finally found the adventure of a lifetime
