Nither AJxDash or SpikeXRarity are confirmed nor denied. There wasn’t much to indicate AJxDash besides them showing up together. And their wasn’t anything besides a look and them standing next to eachother at the end for SpikeXRarity. (Dragon droped also left it open for inturpritation) so whether either are together is for you to decide.
I think it’s left ambiguous so you can decide.

||All we see is that Spike is big and grown up. As for Rarity; she says something about Yak Yakistan and we see Yona at her boutique. Rarity and Spike aren’t even shown to be standing close together.I was hoping now that Spike was older he and Rarity could be together, but she seems to be too old and has grey in her hair. ||
Haven’t seen the episode. Is it implied that Rarity has a spouse or S.O. at the end?
