We got confirmation in “The Perfect Pear” that Dinky stowed away in the TARDIS.
Did see Starlight’s massive shock when he mentioned what he was an expert in time travel? The second best part of the episode, second only to the epic awesomeness that Doctor Whooves is a time traveler.
Did he? So he IS the Doctor from another universe that is this.
Still a time traveler. All Doctor Whooves needs now is delorean to complete everything.
I think they portrayed him a cracked nut instead, like Doctor Emmett Brown
In all seriousness though I loved how this episode felt like a second half to the 100th episode. So many returning background characters taking center stage. Plus we got Doctor Whooves flat out confirming he is a time traveler.
