Pretty much. Especially given the past few months had been going a little bit overboard with the “pity me” stuff. (I do love this comic series, but sometimes that aspect gets a little bit too much)

I think you’re seeing this far differently than me. I see no pity in Twilight here. She seems rejuvenated and excited about life. There’s no self pity or sorrow. She’s excited to go out dating again. She’s hopeful.
She was only upset she didn’t get the name of this stallion she met in the previous comic. But she’s confident. Not the other way around. Read it again and I think you’ll see that.
Seriously? I thought we had a good reason for getting rid of Greg. I thought Greg existed to get out of the whole “I suck pity me” deal Twilight had going on, and getting him out of the comics I thought was going to be proof of her growth, but no, more “I suck nobody wants me”.
