We don´t see Limestone so I took Starlight as a Substitute (Twilight or Rarity would been better as a comparison but that would feel like lying).

It wasn’t a deaging spell, the whole thing was an illusion.
Starlight Glimmer has canonically a working de-aging spell [S7E24] that does not remove memories (like the one used by alicorn_amulet!Trixie [S3E05]).
-> She is (in practice) as inmortal as an alicorn. She can also fly with her mind and shoot lasers as powerfull as Twilight/Celestia/Chrysalis [so she is efectively a wingless alicorn].
As I said in the description, Rarity and Twilight would have been better for it, but I was never a big fan of them.
