Applejack: [voiceover] Last year, they gave Apple Bloom a pet worm.

And not just ANY worm! Turns out it belonged to a pest species called Operophtera brumato, which are known to eat leaves of orchard crops, which in turn robs them of their photosynthesizing capabilities!
