Hello everypony!
There’s a new art of Cozy Glow, this time drawn together with Diamond Tiara. Gosh! I always wanted to draw Diamond Tiara, because she is one of my fav characters! I also thought of drawing her in an older form!
However the actual reason, why I drew Cozy and Tiara on the same sheet of paper was, because they were incredibly similar to each other. Their character traits were so similar, of course, Cozy’s was far more intense. Suddenly, out of nothing, an theory idea popped in my head. I thought it was possible, that Cozy Glow was only Diamond Tiara in disguise, but I actually don’t agree with this theory, because I prefered Cozy Glow as an totally new, unique villain and neither a disguised Chrysalis, nor a disguised Diamond Tiara. I still hope, that Diamond Tiara will show up in Season 9.
Firstly, the title of this drawing should be “Coincidence?”, because that title should question the coincidence of Tiara’s and Cozy’s huge character similarity, but then I changed it into “History Repeats Itself”, inspired by some HRI Memes from Harry Potter (Instagram). I originally also wanted to include Starlight Glimmer in this one, but unfortunately, I didn’t get enough time for it, so there’s only a Cozy Glow and a Diamond Tiara.
Finally, I decided to give Cozy a “cute” look, because I didn’t like the wicked look on her face. The cute look also fits better for Cozy. I refused to give Tiara the same cute look, because that look only fits to those manipulation characters like Cozy and Tiara officialy shows her manipulating and mishievous side throughout the episodes and Cozy only did in the Season 8 finale. So it wouldn’t fit on Tiara.
