It’s her, the production staff reused the usual adult background pony for the background foals’ older selves. Gallop J. Fry became a Dr. Whooves recolor, while they reused Candy Apples’ design for Silver Spoon.

You, I have no idea - I was wondering that myself. I know some boorus are more literal with their tags, but they did propose to each other a couple episodes past, and there is the newspaper article showing their wedding, so it IS canon they’re together.

Someone wiser with tags than I is prolly better to ask.
