She’s wearing a jacket over the costume, but look at the legs.
I personally love high heels. I look better wearing them, especially with a good set of nylons. Poorly-fitting heels can be uncomfortable, and I know from experience, but I personally enjoy them. I need to buy a pair of heels that fit me, though. :P
I also like Sunset’s heels here, but not everyone likes heels.
It’s true what @SanashyFan said, high heels do compliment the wearer’s legs…just try not to think too much about how painful/damaging they can be to wear. ;)

While I do see your point, I think high heels actually make the picture better.
In my opinion, it really depends on the heel and who is wearing it, but heels mostly compliment a person’s legs. I don’t mind the heels, nor the fact that Sunset is wearing them.
