Well, of course he’s the right size after draining all magic across Equestria and later gets blasted by the Mane Six’s Rainbow Power and shrinks back to his normal size.

As you can see and from the calculations, every image with Tirek is 1800 pixels tall, the pony in the first pic is 200 pixels tall, but on the last it is only 15 pixels tall.
He basically dwarfed even the Legendary Godzilla.
 
Even Legendary Godzilla? I’m afraid to say that Godzilla was surpassed in size quite a while ago :P
