“When Tartarus fell in pitched battle against the vile Tambelon, pieces of the Colossals’ body fell away from him and took on life of their own, becoming the legendary Giants. Just like their father, these beings were driven by a single purpose: to wipe out Tambelon and all of his depraved creations at any cost. Titan Magic dwelled within each of the Giants still, but not enough compared to that of Tartarus or Tambelon, so they carved up what little was left of Tartarus’ stone body to create various items of power and knowledge for themselves. One of their most potential creations outside of my Alicorn ancestors, was the development of a sliver of Tartarus raw power contained in a miniscule amount of rock beads known as Gronn Stones, with it, a single being can possess the strength of forty Giants in battle and turn the tides of any dire conflict. I would not recommend taking this power for yourselves Tirek and Chrysalis, while I do not doubt that the powers of Tartarus would benefit you in this revenge; only those that were touched or forged from the lineage of the great Titan Aggramar like Tartarus, the Giants, and the Alicorns were can hope to possess this strength for themselves without dying…”
