Ironic because OP isn’t respecting people’s opinions and straw-manning anyone who doesn’t like the new pony stuff for any reason as being angry and hateful people. We are clearly on a discussion about media here and not hyperbolic stuff like mass murderers so of course it’s fine to dislike murderers but that is irrelevant to discussion about media and peoples’ thoughts on the subject.

I think it will be fine.  
It’s just chibi, not the shows fault that TTG ruined the reputation of the animation style.

Let’s just say it has an incredibly high standard to meet, and it’s not looking like it’s going to please a significant percentage of the fanbase.

But Pony Life is hardly even comparable to MLP, Pony Life is just reanimating the dead corpses of beloved characters at this point just to keep making money for greedy Hasbro. It’s literally only been a month and they’ve already fucked with the franchise. They didn’t even give it time to rest. Shameful.

Honestly, the reason I don’t like it, is less to do with the Artstyle (it’s not appealing to me, yes.)  
The reason is, it’s just not my cup of tea.
 
I loved Friendship is Magic, because it’s story driven.  
I loved Slice of Life stuff when I was an actual kid.  
And while FIM was technically a kid’s show as well, it was very story driven.  
Sure it had slice of life too, but it had a lot of story elements.
 
I’ve just grown out of things that are purely slice of life based.  
So if I’m not a true fan just cause I no longer like a specific type of thing, whatever I guess.
