Well changelings wouldn’t actually benefit from that… Those recipes are to make either love potions or love poisons, or to make a substance extremely dangerous to changelings. False love is a substance that to them tastes like love but actually makes them starve to death as it may TASTE like love but it doesnt sustain them or nourish them like real love does as it is empty unlike real love where there is something or someone a given subject loves and there is attachment which makes it have substance to changelings and can sustain them…
 
As for how i came to that idea, the false love thing came from a fanfic called “trouble in tiatarta” where chrysalis had accidentally reformed and decided to go on vacation to come to terms with her reformation… The cutie map promptly sends smolder and ocellus to check out the place chrysalis is staying in, its actually s pretty good story so far
