So it’s going to be more like how beast Morphers handled the clip shows?
Each of the episodes is gonna contain parts where Spike and Starlight go to each of the Mane 5 and get them to talk to Twilight, so Twilight comes and talks to each of her friends, and then comes the flashback scenes and they get added to the journal.
The Simpsons’ clipshow episodes are good though. But I do know that clipshows get a very bad rep for being called out as lazy filler or other stuff.

It all depends who will release it.
When I get info that they were done not so long later I also get info that work on other language versions which Hasbro usually request even not started which is very, very, very weird since they are WIP even before episodes are fully finished. I mean, you don’t need video/background music to start translating/record lines.
Tho I have no idea if they recently started.
Also there was situation with Hasbro’s content few years ago that some stuff were released in one language but still not in English. After few years they are still not available in English.
It’s only half-clipshow. I don’t care about them either. The other half is new stuff though - Spike and Starlight collecting the memories for the book - THAT’S what I’m interested in! :D
