Update 15/5/19 03-18-4 set the default quality lower and added a slider control, set time-out limit longer… though not totally convinced this is the error.

Update 17/4/19 03-18-2 changed some things so it should hopefully run again, and added the unlock button to allow separate colours and streaks for hair.

So, this is my Flash dress-up game, that should hopefully make animated .GIFs, like these guys:

Credit to Thibault Imbert’s AS3 .gif encoding class, which I modified a bit, cough butchered cough to get to work for me.
As well as Ward De Langhe’s brightness & darkness ColorUtil utility.

Suggestions/ideas:
Check what timeout limit flash has
set warning message if encoding times out - or a continue button if can be done
Put in a manual quality control, 1 to 20, default set to 10

more male eye options
Muzzle choices rounded & square
separate streak controls for tail & mane. ? maybe lock/unlock symbol, with selection options between the options, but selecting using the same menu space.
Batwings + ? possibly link to fangs, separate, or hidden & option activated some way, then turn on/off
gradients on tips of wings, hooves, horn, ears - pop-up menu to control, sepparate on/off option on each. Separate colour - setting for hair gradients, and on/off. Menu button replace hair gradient button.
mane similar to trixie
add a help menu/FAQ - cutie marks, mattes, dA sizes,
think about separate colour pallet for skin.
Change icons on hidden items from ‘?’ to something else.
check PNG DPI restrictions + oversize error message
hair buns
