That’s actually harder than you might think. Even a small galaxy has a LOT of angular momentum preventing it from just falling straight in, and even a billion-solar-mass black hole the size of our solar system has an upper limit on how quickly it can consume matter.
Accelerate the black holes passage through time such that it’s eons long evaparotation into radiation appears to occur nigh-instantly from an observers perspective, then eat/absorb the radiation.
At least, that’s how my character goes about nomming singularities.

It’s not really that difficult to do, as long as there’s always something else in the panel against which to judge a decent scale. :)
It’s still really impressing me how Shieltar is able to still constentlly show how utterly huge Twlight has become even when she’s grown to such a cartoonshlly massive scale.
Original fanfic this is based on- Twilight eats ONE glob of a black hole, her body starts shaking and immediately doubles in size with no fanfair or anticipation. Then she KEEPS DOUBLING IN SIZE as her body processes the sheer amount of mass she consumed from a single glob of black hole!

Magic
“Not greater than a black hole” YET… ;)
How do you get around the temporal distortions the black hole itself causes?
That is a very ingenious solution! :D

Better, make a Tasty Planet game based on this comic
I love those games! And I’ve been thinking of that in relation to this. :)
Either the grey goo could crossover into this comic, or someone should make a Tasty Equestria game. :P
I imagine the second choice there would work considerably better, using magic to pull matter out of the singularity at a controllable rate. :)

I can’t wait to see how much the comic verson of the black hole sequence will differ from the fanfic.
Thank you <3
It’s this one and it’s Sequel:

It’s called Twilight’s Diet and Twilight’s Diet 2. The author has a Twilight’s Diet 3 planned.
As the writer of said fanfic, it’s sequel, and the commissioner of this comic, I gotchuu.
Twilight’s Diet 1
Twilight’s Diet 2
People keep talking about the original fanfic, but nobody ever links it or even says what it’s called :(
What question?
So do I :3
