You mean that the alicorn princesses that ruled in Equestria before it was called “Equestria” and possibly sometime after Grogar’s banishment were the predecessors of Celestia, Luna, Cadance and Twilight and the unnamed alicorn rulers of Equestria seen in “Hearts and Hooves Day”, “The Crystalling - Part 1” and “The Journal of the Two Sisters” were once rulers of different parts of Equestria during Celestia and Luna’s reign but before Cadance and Twilight?

Clover the Clever, one of the Founders of Equestria, was a student of Starswirl the Bearded, and Starswirl the Bearded was the one who introduced Celestia and Luna as the rulers. Also Princess Platinum appears in the Journal of the Two Sisters as one of those who they took the power from. So, as I said before, I think Celestia and Luna became rulers shortly after the founding of Equestria.

Which means if there were other alicorn rulers, they either were in power in the pre-Equestrian era, or ruled only a part of Equestria, or another country whatsoever.

So, are there any Alicorn rulers that ruled Equestria before Celestia and Luna and after the founding Equestria? Are the founders of Equestria, Princess Platium, Commander Hurricane and Chancellor Puddinghead were the very first rulers of Equestria before Alicorns rule Equestria? I heard that there’s an Alicorn princess mare and an Earth pony prince stallion in the episode “Hearts and Hooves Day”, two female Alicorns that bear resemblances to Twilight and Cadance that are depicted in portrait on a Crystalling vase in “The Crystalling - Part 1”, the Alicorns that taught Celestia and Luna when they were foals in the book, “The Journal of the Two Sisters” and an Alicorn that give the Good Fortune Garnet to the founders of Cloudsdale in the novel, “Beyond Equestria: Rainbow Dash Rights the Ship”.

There could be alicorns before Celestia and Luna, but that would be in the pre-Equestrian era, because Celestia and Luna became rulers shortly after the founding of Equestria.

The alicorn in the book could be one of these ancient rulers, or one that ruled a minor kingdom during the 1000 years of Celestia’s rule over Equestria.

It’s not known for sure, but the “Amore” part in Cadence’s full name suggests that she is the successor of Princess Amore. In my headcanon this dynasty also includes the alicorn that appears in the book in “Hearts and Hooves Day”.
