Just because it’s a different universe doesn’t give them automatic right to act differently!
You need to have reasons for why said character acts that way. If this comic had shown a tragic background for Celestia with teachers and suffering some sort of PTSD rage, it’d explain why she’s acting this way towards her.
Good writers would know this…

Joking aside, I can’t really see Celestia berating a grown teacher pony ’till they cried. (So it does seem a bit OOC.) And one ponyis not going to bring back the Windigoes. Poor Miss Becky.
