None of the hyperventilating arglebargle over that image would have happened if the mods had obeyed their own rules and deleted it to begin with, so that’s not quite the CHECMATE, LIBS!!1! argument you think it is. My primary complaint about it all along is that it quantifiably violates the second and fourth bullet points of Rule #0 as written, and shouldn’t have lived past the first time it got reported for it; the very first post I made in regards to it was that it should either get deleted for violating Rule #0 or Rule #0 should be changed to reflect the fact that dumb racist shitposts are officially allowed, because as it stands now the only metric being applied to dumb racist shitposts is “is this dumb racist shitpost dumb enough, racist enough, or shitposty enough for whichever mod checks the report queue to dislike it”.

The point is, at the end of the day not that many people complained to Jargon directly on twitter, compared to his followers, and at this point it would just put more salt in the wound to mention it again and bring the spotlight to it.
If bexar wants to stand out then so be it.
It’s alright. I was a little bit too tense earlier and I sometimes have trouble understanding people when talking with them.

I think some people can be reasoned with and are capable of making compromise and change (mostly based on my own experiences).
But you also make a good point. Sometimes the opposite happens too. Some people can be stubborn and set in their ways and no matter what you do, they won’t change or listen to you if you try to reason with them (again, this happened with my own personal experience as well).

No its not. Because it would just ranimate the debate on twitter, and you saw what TWO DAYS of twitter “debate” led to. Both side throwing stuff at eachother. He isn’t directly involved with this, if that’s not enough for you, you’re free to leave, but theres literally no point of arguing about this when both sides already have clear cut opinions like Bexar here, nothing he can do can change them because after a certain threshold you are iredeemable for those people, hence it’s not worth giving them attention.
It’s kinda the same for pewdiepie, no matter what he does he’ll be labelled as a far right nazi because of 3 fucks up in the literal thousands of videos he uploaded. With one of the fucks up being just a bad joke (the sign).

I have my doubts too but I’ve had messy arguments/disagreements before with people and having a civil discussion would sometimes help. It’s not a perfect guarantee mind you, but it can help clear up the air sometimes.
